📌Job Overview

As a Process Analyst (Semi Sr.), you’ll help make Eleven run smarter 🚀

You’ll analyze, optimize, and implement internal processes that drive efficiency and scalability — collaborating closely with different teams to find better ways of doing things.

🎯  What you’ll do

• Document and analyze operational processes
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities
• Define functional requirements for internal tools and software integrations
• Build Low Code solutions to support daily operations
• Lead testing, rollout, and user training for new processes
• Report on process performance and post-implementation impact

🧠 What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in process or systems analysis
• Knowledge of process documentation methodologies
• Advanced student in Systems, Data Analysis, or Engineering
• A curious and self-taught mindset, especially around automation and coding
• Intermediate–advanced English (B2)
• Analytical thinking and continuous learning mindset
• Effective communication, teamwork and empathy

• DBeaver or similar database tools
• Looker / Looker Studio
• Google Cloud Suite (Virtual Machine, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage)
