🧭 Job Overview
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the operational infrastructure by automating workflows, connecting tools, structuring information, and laying the foundations for the product to evolve in an agile and consistent manner.

✨ What you’ll do

Process Optimization
• Analyze, map, and redesign key operational processes.
• Identify friction points and propose improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Automation & Low-Code Development
• Build and maintain complex workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent tools.
• Reduce manual tasks and operational errors through robust, maintainable automations.

Systems Integration (APIs)
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Interpret and manipulate JSON payloads.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.

Data & SQL
• Write advanced SQL (complex joins, subqueries, stored procedures).
• Build and manage ETL processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Technical Project Management
• Coordinate internal implementations and releases.
• Align requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.

QA & Documentation
• Perform testing and validation of automations before production.
• Maintain clear, organized technical documentation.

🎯What you bring
• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Operations, Product Operations, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, Full Stack Development, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and relational database management.
• Proven experience building complex automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• JavaScript experience, especially for data manipulation and custom logic within workflows.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and tools like Postman.
• Ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements into scalable operational solutions.

🌱 What we value
• Experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
• Background in digital agencies, consulting, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience designing dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, etc.).
• Curiosity about AI applied to automation and operational scaling.
• Experience deploying or maintaining APIs and virtual machines.
