🧭 Job Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a professional with experience in procurement and negotiation who can have a direct impact on the company’s cost reduction. The main focus of the role will be leading negotiations with media and strategic suppliers, leveraging volume-based purchasing, while ensuring proper execution of operational procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with suppliers, primarily media partners, within Linkbuilding initiatives.

• Design and execute volume-based purchasing strategies.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive cost optimization initiatives.

• Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, volumes, timelines, and additional benefits.

• Manage other types of purchases such as merchandising, events, and additional services.

• Document and record negotiated terms and agreements.

• Coordinate with the Finance team for payment execution.

• Build long-term relationships with key suppliers.

What you bring

• Previous experience in procurement or supplier negotiation roles.

• Proven track record of generating cost savings.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Experience with volume-based purchasing or budget management.

• Analytical mindset with strong results orientation.

• High level of organization and autonomy.
